Pneumatic pulse mixing
How it works
The patented process works with accumulator plates at the bottom of the tank, which provide controlled pressure pulses. The result is the release of tremendous volumes into the system. With the help of controllers, this power can be easily dosed and adjusted to the requirements of the application. The rising bubbles generate a displacing force and a suction effect. The result is a vertical flow pattern, which quickly involves the entire tank contents and unfolds outstanding mixing power.

Portable mixers
The portable systems are plug-and-play mixers for tank sizes from 200 to 100,000 litres. All they need for operation is an air/gas source. The all pneumatic units operate independently of the power supply (important for explosion proof zones). They are characterized by low weight and simple operation.
